There is a huge shortage of reliable labor in construction right now. Even if you do not have any skills, if you have a work ethic you can learn skills and you can set yourself up in a dependable and rewarding profession. We are currently hiring both skilled and unskilled laborers, however we are in higher need of skilled (experienced) labor.

Workers must be physically fit, must be able to work eight hours without cutting shifts early, must be able to go eight hours without looking at an electronic device, and must be able to work autonomously. Pay ranges from $15-30/hour. Workers must have their own car or a reliable way of getting to work on time. We prefer working with folks who understand that they are part of a team, and enjoy the challenge of getting things done as efficiently as possible. Our team members work best when they have a goal of honing their craft, and are interested in developing new and rare skills, rather than simply looking to receive a paycheck. We welcome female carpenters on our team.
